If you are a new patient or have not visited the office in more than a year, please arrive early enough to complete or update your information. Arriving late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.

Western Reserve Dermatology Inc. requires at least 24 hours advance notice of appointment cancellation to allow time to fill the open vacancy. Failure to cancel an appointment within 24 hours or to show up for an appointment will result in a charge of $40.
