This condition is characterized by small flesh colored red bumps, often with a central whitish core. The lesions may occur anywhere. The lesions often affect children. However, when they are concentrated in the genital area, they may represent a sexually transmitted condition in adults. There are many ways to manage these lesions. However, at times, the lesions may spontaneously resolve. A visit to the dermatologist will allow an informed conversation on management strategy which fits you best.
