Malignant Melanoma
Malignant melanoma is the most aggressive form of skin cancer. This skin cancer type may present in many different ways, but often appears as an irregular pigmented lesion. Using the ABCDE method of mole assessment (AAD.org), monthly self exams are recommended. If you have any concerns regarding your moles, or any other pigmented lesion, it is imperative you see your dermatologist promptly.
